Educated to help you:

I graduated from Shippensburg University in 1995 earning degrees in Finance and Economics.  I am educated in Finance and I understand both Real Estate Investing and the mortgage financing process.  In addition to my degrees, I am continually looking for ways to educate myself so that I am a better resource to my clients.  With the fast pace of technology, I constantly look for more and better ways to provide the best possible service.

Experience:

After graduating from Shippensburg University I continued a construction business I started while in college.  As an extension of the construction business, I bought and sold investment properties.  Eventually I focused primarily on multi-unit investment properties.  I eventually sold my construction business and concentrated full time on buying and selling real estate.  I really enjoy buying and selling real estate.  It is definitly more than a job for me.  I now focus all my energies and experience for the benefit of my clients. 

My goal:

Using my unique and personal real estate experiences my goal is to give my clients excellent representation in every aspect of real estate.  I personally understand buying and selling real estate.  I understand the questions and concerns of both buyers and sellers.  My interest is getting the best possible outcome for my clients so that they have confidence to not only reuse me in the future, but to refer me to their family and friends.

Fun Stuff!!!

I coach Track and Field for the West Shore School District.  I enjoy working with the kids and hold a 4 day camp at my house each summer for the pole vaulters.  (I'm sitting on the right (sunglasses) with George, my 9 year old nephew, who won a medal at the keystone games this summer in the pole vault.)

Hobbies and how I spend my time:

Sports, coaching in the spring and summer, I volunteer for the Keystone Games, outdoor activities, fishing, Kids, 2 dogs (german shorthair pointer - Reggie and Rhodesian Ridgeback - Murray), church activities, I actually do like yard work and landscaping when I have time, play guitar occasionally, did I mention Real Estate?
